ReMona Castle
ReMona Castle founded Rekota Capital to address a recurring issue in commercial lending. Many viable deals fail because they are poorly structured or submitted without proper preparation.
A U.S. military veteran and licensed real estate agent since 1992, ReMona brings more than three decades of experience across real estate, lending strategy, and complex financial environments. She is also an active real estate investor, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges of acquisitions, financing, and portfolio growth.
In addition to her real estate background, ReMona spent 25 years with the Internal Revenue Service in senior leadership roles across IT, program management, and strategic operations. Her federal experience strengthened her approach to structure, compliance, and execution in regulated environments.
Through Rekota Capital, ReMona applies disciplined analysis, clear communication, and strategic planning to help clients prepare deals correctly and secure capital aligned with their goals.
